Non-negotiables in the contract
- IP and source in your organisation from the first commit.
- A named timezone overlap (even two hours) for decisions.
- Milestones with demoable software, not slide decks.
- A kill fee and a handover clause — you can leave.
What “cheaper” is allowed to mean
Senior attention at a sustainable rate — not a junior farm and a salesman. If the proposal cannot name who writes the code, walk.
What we will not pretend
We are not a US law firm or a covered healthcare entity. We will not invent a New York office. The USA line is for calls; delivery is from Pakistan unless a trip is scoped.
